1.Hostel «Yasenevo» work for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
2. Check-in time from 14:00, check-out time until 12:00, estimated hour - 12:00.
3. If you plan to arrive early (from 6:00 to 14:00) or leave later (until 18:00 or 23:00), the fee is charged for each additional hour according to the tariff.
4. Arrival is possible only if there is an internal passport of the Russian citizen or a birth certificate for guests under 14 years of age. Guests who have a passport but are under the age of 18 must have a power of attorney from one of the parents authorizing their own accommodation in the apartment.
5. Bed linen and towels are included. Change of clothes is made on the fifth day of accommodation, or earlier for an additional fee, on request. Wet room cleaning is available on request for an additional fee.
6. The apartment is designed for temporary stay of guests. The maximum possible duration of stay is 90 calendar days.
7. In case of delay for more than a day, the reservation is cancelled, unless otherwise agreed between the tourist and the administration.
8. Payment must be made for the entire stay in (excluding pre-paid) at the time of arrival.
9. Keys must be left at the reception when you check out.
10. For stays of less than 24 hours, a full-time fee is charged.
11. If the period from the time of arrival to the time of arrival is more than 12 hours, the user will be charged for accommodation in accordance with the procedure established by the contractor.(as in the contract)
12. In the event of a delay in the departure of the consumer after the time of departure (estimated hour) (late departure), the cost of accommodation is charged to the consumer in accordance with the procedure established by the contractor.
13. The customer (consumer) is entitled at any time to refuse performance of the contract on condition of payment to the contractor actually incurred expenses.



In the Apartment is forbidden:
13.1. Transfer keys to other persons;
13.2. Store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, narcotic drugs, as defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
13.3. Rearrange furniture in rooms and public areas;
13.4. To take dishes, towels and other things in the apartment with you;
13.5. Keep animals and birds. For the presence of animals in the apartment is charged a fine of 5,000 rubles.
13.6. Noise and disturb other residents between 22:00 and 9:00;
13.7. Smoke cigarettes in all areas of the building, including electronic tobacco heating systems, vape, iqos, hqd. For smoking a guest in undeclared places charged a fine of 5,000 rubles, or in case of refusal to pay a fine, the guest can be evicted without a refund of money, including for the next day;
13.8. It is forbidden to endanger other people, to violate the rules of the institution or to behave aggressively. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay early and to evict him. With the subsequent ban on settlement, that is, your right to receive the service may not violate the rights of others.


14. The occupant of the Apartment must:
14.1. Keep your room clean.
14.2. Strictly observe the rules of fire safety;
14.3. Protect property and equipment. In the event of loss or damage to property, reimbursement should be made in accordance with the price list established by the Administration.
15. Hostel «Yasenevo» is not responsible for the safety of money and valuables left unattended on the territory of the apartment.
16. In the event of the discovery of forgotten items, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration keeps the forgotten items for 30 calendar days. The Administration has the right to charge the cost of storing and/or forwarding the forgotten items to the owner.
17. The Administration is not responsible for the operation of city communications (emergency power outages, water, heat, etc.).
18. In the absence of the guest at the place of residence for more than 24 hours (according to the calculation hour) without notice of the hotel administration has the right to make an inventory of the property of the absent guest and move it to storage, with the charging of the guest according to the price list approved by the administration. The administration takes possible measures to find the guest and return the forgotten things (at the expense of the guest).
19. Property damage is subject to a fine in accordance with the Administration’s price list.
